Policy on Return
Medequip Solutions accepts returns within 30 days of receipt of the order. Return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Criterion of Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be satisfied:
✔️ Unsealed and in the original packaging.
✔️ Without a single visible sign of usage, scratches, marks, tears, or wear on tires.
✔️ With the original parts and accessories included and in intact condition.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and custom reasons, the following are not returnable:

🚫 Ultra-light wheelchairs

🚫 Power wheelchairs
🚫 Mobility scooters
🚫 Home hospital beds
🚫 Parts & accessories
📌 An applicable 35% restocking fee may be charged for some returned items subject to management approval.
