Rental Program Faqs
Credit Card Requirement: All online orders for rental must include a valid credit card to process the rental agreement. The credit card will not be charged until an extension is requested by the customer for the rental period.
Rental Agreement & Extensions: Rentals automatically renew at the end of the current term unless otherwise requested. After the first month, you may switch to weekly related terms upon request. Contact our Customer Service Team at +1 (888) 213-7726 before the end of your initial rental term.
Delivery Area: Delivery on a regular basis is to the standard service area. Call Customer Service if you require delivery outside this area.
Delivery Fee: We always try to charge a minimum delivery fee. There is a possibility of incurring surcharge for the locations outside a 30 km distance from Concord, ON. Delivery coordinator will contact you shortly to come up with the most suitable delivery method.
Delivery Scheduling: We work around your schedule as best as possible. On the day of the delivery, you will receive a time slot of about 2-3 hours of when to expect delivery of your rental.
Purchase After Rental: If you purchase the same new-equivalent item within 30 days of rental, our rental charges can be applied to the regular price of that item. This does not apply to discounts or promotions.
